Listen Up - Winta

Everybody, meet Winta.

Winta is a pop/dance singer-songwriter who seems to be very popular in Scandinavia, but is currently living and working in London? It isn’t totally clear where she is right now (‘Where In The World Is...Winta…?’), but she’s from Norway and that’s where they love her.

She released an album way back in 2004, and apparently they’ve been waiting for more. Well, she just came out with a new album last year that had (at least) two songs on it that are rather agreeable. The first is a typical club song, though still fun. The second is really where she plucked my heart strings.

She reminds me a lot of Jordin Sparks, only with Wynter Gordon’s name. Hrm.

Anywho, that’s Winta. Nice little pop songs for a few moments of the day.
