Listen Up - Cazzette
So, it turns out Cazzette isn’t a girl.
Another amazing import out of Sweden, Cazzette is going to be blasting out of sound systems in clubs all over the US within the next few months. You will all be agreeing that it isn’t soon enough. Having played at X (Ten) nightclub at Newport Beach, California, as well as the internationally renowned Electric Daisy Festival in Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival, Cazzette is making their way on the path to electric glory that artists such as Tiesto and Swedish House Mafia once strolled upon. The DJ duo, teamed up with the same management company as Avicii, At Night Management), has done numerous remixes for the electro-trance king of 2012. Their first single, entitled “Sweet Dreams (Cazzette meet AT NIGHT mix)” was a remix done for Avicii. The duo calls themselves “Dub House,” which is essentially the BWAMP BWAMP sound you love but with a drum beat you can actually dance to without having a seizure. No offense, Skrillex. One of their most recent singles, “Beam Me Up,” already has people dancing all over the US and Canada. Cazzette is currently touring with Avicii all over North America in the first, all-arena headlining electronic tour in history. The tour started on the 17th of May in Houston, Texas at their largest venue, Reliant Arena. We’re sure to see more of Cazzette, with remixes of Nadia Ali and Spencer & Hill’s “Believe It” already reaching a million views on Youtube along with others, including a handful of original songs to be released at a later date. Beam us up, Cazzette. Check out Cazette’s website too for anything else you could possibly want. You know, like more music. - Michael Feloni |
