9.5.12 - New Music - Madeon
Madeon is flawless.
No, really though. This is amazing. Every single second of this is amazing. The choice of the vocalists (up-and-coming singer songwriters Zak Waters and Cass Lowe), the guitar, the very last synthy note. I love this song. I might go so far as to say it is Madeon’s best – and that is REALLY saying something. This is Madeon reaching into the real world and saying “I’m ready to be taken seriously and to put out singles that will sell and chart and EVERYONE SHALL LOVE MEEE” (I hear that last part like the freaky woman from Lord of the Rings). |
