I know it’s only Tuesday, but I’m ready for the weekend (no, this isn't a Calvin Harris post).

Icona Pop – “Ready For The Weekend” (Club Mix)

The Swedish female pop icons (I don’t know that we can really call them icons yet, but it makes for fun reading with their name) released a born-ready-for-the-club anthem today, so glitch and wonderful you can’t help but wish today was Friday. Their music speaks louder than the vocals, which are pretty heavily distorted at certain points throughout the track.

Oh, PS – if you don’t know a whole lot about Icona Pop, do your research. Don’t talk to me until you do.
