New Music - Katy Perry
As is usually the case with Ms. Katy Perry, the singles just keep coming. I can’t say I blame her or her label--if they keep selling and charting well, why not keep them coming? It looks like the fifth official single from Prism is going to be “This Is How We Do”, a typical party anthem, heavy on the bubblegum, kid-friendly sensibilities. The track is an easy choice for a single after only one listen. It’s fun and easy to like, though at the same time not exactly the most memorable. Will you jam to this on the radio? Sure. Will you go out of your way to buy this and listen to it over and over? Well… |
