5 Questions With - Royal Teeth

They won me over (at least for a song) with “Wild” PUT LINK HERE, now they’re also joining in on the ‘5 Questions With…’ fun.
ROYAL TEETH WHAT UP?!?!?
1. You have 6 people in your band! Wowzers. Isn’t it tough being a in a larger group sometimes? I mean, even just logistically?
Performing with a large group of people can be tough but I feel like it works really well with our situation. It can get a bit cramped on stage sometimes but we are able to bring more elements into our live performance and I think that is most important. It also creates so much more energy for us to be so close to each other. It makes it easy to feed off of each others energy. We were all friends before this started also so that helps make all of the less flattering parts of being in a band easier.
2. What makes teeth ‘royal’?
Hmm. That's a tough one! I think our name best represents the idea that something can mean anything to anyone. What makes your teeth Royal??
3. A new EP out, playing CMJ...seems like you all are keeping busy. What’s next?
We are keeping very busy! It's very exciting to be so new to the music scene and to have so much going on but we are always trying to stay grounded and keep moving forward. The next big goals that we have are shooting a music video and writing a full length album. We have been writing a lot of new music and are very anxious to get back in the studio to make some magic.
4. Listening to your music, it is actually rather eclectic. If you were to fill in this blank: “If you like ___, than you’ll totally LOVE Royal Teeth”, who would go on that space?
Wow..I don't know about this one...haha
5. (I ask this to everyone) What are some artists/bands that you are listening to now that we should hear?
We are always listening to different types of music. Every one in the band seems to have their main attractions which always seems to make writing Royal Teeth music so much fun. If we were to bunch some of them up I would have to say Coldplay, Foster The People, Feist, Theophilus London, The Naked and Famous, Peter Gabriel, TV On the Radio, Friendly Fires.
Gotcha.
