4.26.13 – New Music – Tegan and Sara

A less party-ready choice for a single than their last “Closer”, “I Was A Fool” is no less of a fantastic pop tune by the sisters Tegan and Sara.

The track is the second official single from ‘Heartthrob’, and it stays in the same vein that we are all still getting used to (but LOVING) from the duo. A bit of electronic pop – not dance, POP – was absolutely never a bad thing. This new single is based on a piano lead, one which weighs down the tone and makes this a completely new experience…especially if you haven’t listened to ‘Heatthrob’.

Which, if you haven’t, you should be ashamed.
