I’m sure by now you’ve all heard her breakout single “Call Me Maybe”, which was made famous by this lip-synching video featuring Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Ashley Tisdale, and a whole host of other teen(ish) stars. If you haven’t, now’s the time.
What is funny is that this cover video has gotten a significantly higher number of videos than the real video: Had to write about this song for a few reasons. 1. WE LOVE IT. 2. WE REALLY LOVE IT. 3. The video is super cute, and pretty much brings me to orgasm every time I watch it. 4. I really need to tell you all more about Carly, and this seemed like as good a reason as any to kickstart me. 5. It is making a big impact on US charts, so I’m running out of time before I’m uncool. More Carly Rae to come! |
