1.30.12 - New Music - Lady Gaga

I am not usually one to purport rumors, but this one is worth it.

Supposedly, Gaga has picked a sixth single from ‘Born This Way’. I didn’t think there would be one after “Marry The Night” didn’t do as well as they thought/hoped (it peaked at #29 in the US, her first single ever to not reach the top 10), but it sounds like there is hope!

It seems that fan favorite “Heavy Metal Lover” will have its day in the sun! Yayyy! I personally love this song, and while I can see it being her worst-performing single, it would still be really awesome to hear it on the radio.

So, since she is going to have a new single, she will also be needing new single art. Since she has not been the best person to trust at this recently (see: ‘Born This Way’ cover and “Edge of Glory” single cover), I thought I would propose a few options made by fans that would do the song justice.

And, while you look through and pick your favorite, why don’t we give the song a listen.


If this happens, I’ll be REALLY excited. And, if it doesn’t, we’ll live. As if this song didn’t deserve a post anyways.
