10.27.12 - New Music - Lights

While maybe not a hit single, I like this new song. Well, not so much new (it was off her 2011 album ‘Siberia’), but it is just now being released as a single.

Lights is always cute, and this video is no exception. I like how the two met on the exercise bikes and then they break through the wall and go on a tour of the town. This is very her, and I like that even though this album has had five singles (this being the fifth), and none of them have performed very well (including three not even charting in her home country of Canada), she’s still going for it.

Well, it’s almost time for some new music anyways, so even if this ain’t your bag, maybe you’ll love the next record.
